The Evolution of Legal Protection of Work

Abstract


The article summarizes Labour Law’s evolution since it's emerged (paying particular attention to the protection of the most disadvantaged, specifically children and women), its ensuing settlement and expansion (making a point in the subordination concept) along with the challenges that current ways of work organization put ahead, where new handicapped not always fit in the notion, in classic terms, of legal dependence.
