Resumo

El artículo analiza un conjunto no exhaustivo de teorías políticas de alcance medio en varios campos del conocimiento de la ciencia política y su conexión con la disciplina del derecho. El objetivo es argumentar como el reciente giro neo-institucionalista en la ciencia política es una excelente oportunidad para una mayor relación entre ambas disciplinas.
