Abstract

One of the main concerns of any of the governments of the European
Union countries is to combat unemployment and job creation. The main tool to solve this serious problem is economic growth, especially in the private sector, since the improvement of the economic situation is the first engine of job creation. However, other factors may contribute to this process, especially those related to public services such as the need to continue reforms in labor laws and improving public services
employment aspects.
