Abstract

The way to provide work of professional person changed. Currently, it has become common to hire professionals to carry out their function remains subordinate. It is imperative to point out that production costs decrease when the service provider is autonomous. The objective of this work lies in the analysis of the subordination of the self-employed in the context of the current labor relations, in order to identify the possibility of protecting that worker in the current legal system, in view of the damage that these employees are subject in the absence of payment of labor and social security rights.
