The implementation of the 2030 Agenda in the state of Rio Grande do Sul: advances from the Spanish perspective of sustainability and the contribution of citizenship in combating the climate crisis

Abstract
The main objective of this work is to analyze how the state of Rio Grande do Sul has acted in the search for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals – UN Agenda 2030, from the Spanish perspective of sustainability (economic, social and environmental). Furthermore, it seeks to investigate how citizenship is a preponderant factor in the effectiveness of the SDGs and, consequently, a driving force in combating global climate crises. In this sense, the research's problem is the following proposition: does the implementation of the UN 2030 agenda in the state of Rio Grande do Sul meet international sustainability and citizenship guidelines, from the Spanish perspective? Thus, the work aims to analyze the UN 2030 Agenda, the indicators for the state of Rio Grande do Sul and, finally, analyze the Spanish perspective of sustainability and the importance of social participation in the development of this global pact. The proposed study refers to basic research, which has the inductive method as its operational logic base. As an instrument for carrying out the investigative process, the bibliographic technique is used, supported by international normative instruments, in addition to bibliographic sources.
