Globalization and its effects on Administrative Law

Abstract


The globalization process represents a constant challenge to public administrations that are used to stability and lack of dialog with the society. Nowadays administrative law must redefine old institutions, looking forward better inclusion and communication with citizens, allowing democratic practices according with the social demands. In order to analyse the complexity of these changes within the public administrations, in this paper we are going to study the challenges brought by globalization process, and them we will verify the restrictions that can appear on public administrations at the moment of transform the old institutions of power within the States, especially for the delivery of information to the knowledge society.
