Abstract

The problem addressed is the construction of the right of privacy in the United States as a corollary of the freedom of individuals. The goal is to examine how this right did, how was your understanding in American courts and constitutional vision that right in common law of that country. The procedure is a theoretical research, qualitative, with documentary, bibliographical and jurisprudential research. It is used the deductive method. The theoretical framework is subsidized in James Q. Whitman´s right to privacy.
