SYSTEMATIZATION: CENTRAL PROBLEM OF LEGAL SCIENCE.

Abstract


The present brief work points some highlights, more significant for configuration of the role of the science of law in the construction of the legal system, looking for showing that the systematization would be the fundamental problem of the jurist, making it possible to identify criteria leading to the solution of hermeneutical issues engendered by the application of the law.
